Find us in Unit 71 Bss House Industrial Estate Cheney Manor SN2 2PJ. We have allocated parking on your arrival. If you're looking at the front of the building our parking is located to the left of the building, if you continue to walk down you'll see big double doors and we are located just inside.

Skin Test Policy

Before applying any hair colour to your hair, a small amount of the hair colour should be applied to a discreet area of your skin (usually behind the ear) to check for any allergic reactions, which must be done at least 48 hours prior to your hair colouring appointment; this is a standard practice to ensure client safety and prevent potential severe reactions to the hair colour. Your skin test will be valid for 6 months.

Cancellation and Missed Appointments Policy

Due to an increase in the number of missed appointments we wish to remind our valued clients that if for any reason you are unable to make your appointment that you give us at least 48 hours notice. We do understand though that this is not always possible, but please contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer your appointment time to another client. If less than 48 hours notice is given to cancel, a charge of 50% of your service cost will be added to your account which must be paid when booking your next appointment. Clients not showing for a pre-booked appointment without notifying us will be charged 100% to their account, payable when booking your next appointment.

Complaints Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your hair, you have 7 days to raise this issue with us. In order for us to deal with your complaint you must return to the salon within the 7 days for us to assess the issue. If you have put a colour on or had another hairdresser do work on your hair before returning to our salon we cannot take the complaint any further. We have the right to rectify the issue.
